Autism treatments & therapies
Evidence-based summaries of common autism treatments. Each guide includes clinical research, autistic-community perspective, and family-reported outcomes — so you can make informed decisions, not pressured ones.
ABA Therapy
Applied Behavior Analysis — skill-building through positive reinforcement. Strong clinical evidence; the autistic community has important perspective on practice quality.
Speech Therapy
Speech-language pathology covers spoken language, AAC (alternative communication), and social communication. Broadly recommended.
Occupational Therapy (OT)
OT supports daily-living skills, fine motor, and sensory regulation. Family-reported outcomes are often very positive.
Gluten-Free Casein-Free (GFCF) Diet
